Carter Cavicchio sits at the wheel of an OEC service vehicle Saturday morning at the 8th annual Touch a Truck event at the Cleveland County Fairgrounds.
The event is set up to allow children to climb through a fire truck or activating the lights and sirens inside a police cruiser.
