The Ferris Wheel spins around during the Lions Club Carnival, Thursday, April 27, 2017, on James Garner Avenue. The carnival, which coincides with Norman Music Festival. The Carnival runs from 5 to 11 p.m. Friday and 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. Saturday. (Kyle Phillips / The Transcript)
